Milk Chocolate Truffles Servings : 1 Preparation Time : 0:20 Categories : Candies 1/3 cup whipping cream, Heavy 2 tablespoons whipping cream, Heavy 1 1/2 teaspoons butter, unsalted 1 pint Chocolate Chips, Milk Chocolate 2 2/3 tablespoons cocoa 1 tablespoon sugar, powdered Note: Whipping Cream = 1/3 cup + 2 tbsp per batch. Bring cream to a simmer in a small sauce pan on medium heat. Add butter and stir until melted. Turn off heat. Add chocolate -- Leave pan on top of heated burner after it is turned off. Stir until completely melted and smooth. It should look like chocolate pudding. Spray a glass baking dish with oil. Remove from heat and pour into glass baking dish. Cool, cover, and refrigerate until firm (AT LEAST 2 HOURS).
